"Bought used Star Raider from Brian, bike is beautiful but not flawless and I had no surprises after I made the drive up from the Mid-Willamette valley in Oregon as Brian hadn't tried to sugar coat the slight damage and chips caused by careless treatment from the previous owner. I had had questions for members of all departments and everybody, like Brian, were fair and honest. I wasn't worried when I left the dealership that I had been treated differently than if I were a regular, even if I do live 150 miles away. Although PNW's organized finance manager Jim Bays was confident retitling my bike in Oregon would be no sweat I was happy when paperwork I was provided with went through Oregon DMV in one trip."

"Although I have not purchased a bike from PowerSports Northwest (YET!), I have always bought my parts there over the years for all my past bikes (including a KZ-650, a GS-750, and a Nighthawk 750 among others). I've found through experience that PowerSports Norhtwest has always had the friendliest phone staff and parts people in the entire NorthWest! They are very knowledgeable, very friendly, very honest, and speak to me like a friend and not just a customer. It's been several years since I have bought anything there only because I haven't had a bike, but I do plan to purchace one very soon and am willing to drive all the way from Tacoma to PowerSports Northwest FIRST because I know I will be treated with respect and honesty by their sales staff, and given a fair price on a used bike. I once rode my 82 GS-750 all the way from Port Angeles to purchase a clutch pack from PowerSports! Why? Because of the way I was treated on the phone, and because they had the best price! If you haven't had the chance to deal with this store, you don't know what you're missing! You will NOT find a better price, a friendlier parts counter staff, or as big of a used inventory as PowerSports Northwest! Trust me, it's worth the drive/ride if you live anywhere within a hundred mile radius or ever farther! I was ripped off by the service department at a dealer in Lacey (paid for service that a local friend/bike mechanic pointed out was NEVER done!) so I will begin to ride to PowerSports NorthWest without hesitation if I ever need service in the future.
PSNW gets my 5 stars! I would give more if I could. This is truly a professional store that deserves all the well-deserved praise it can get."
